Skill Facilitator - Charlestown, Cessnock and Maitland

We are currently looking for a self motivated individual to deliver quality services that are designed to build the confidence of the young people accessing our programs. You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers person-centred support to assist participants to build self confidence, understand adult life and maintain a quality of life with dignity, respect and social inclusion.

What we are looking for:

• Genuine and outgoing personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven computer skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team supporting individuals and groups
• Demonstrated awareness of disability needs
• Demonstrated awareness of youth needs
• Drivers licence and fully insured vehicle
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate desirable
• Experience in the disability sector preferred but not essential
