COURSE DESCRIPTION.

Learn independent life skills like how to apply for a rental property, cook delicious and nutritious meals, maintain appropriate hygiene and cleanliness as well as how to build and maintain healthy relationships.

We assist you to build skills that help you:

  • Meet new people
  • Build overall health and wellness
  • Learn how to move out of home
  • Going out and entertaining friends
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
  • Stay safe and secure in the community, online and at home
  • Budget for bills and special purchases 

These supports can be funded through Core, Capacity Building and SLES funding.
